Cloître de Cadouin


The Abbey of Cadouin stands out for its fantastic architectural wealth which earned it a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The restoration conducted has enhanced its gothic art, where delicate arabesques, elegant vaults and finely carved columns blend smoothly to create this peaceful place filled with magic.

From its former monastic activity remain the abbey church and the roman base of its conventual buildings. The cloister, however, is the most recently renovated part and the masterpiece of the abbey.
